OVERVIEW
The 31st annual West Virginia Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership
Seminar will take place May 15 - May 18, 2008, at the University
of Charleston in Charleston, WV.
All
public and private schools are invited to send one sophomore
ambassador free-of-charge to represent their school at this
event.

Selection Packets were mailed to all schools in September
2008. If your school did not receive a packet, please contact
